LThe smallest temperer produced by MCM MASSA is developed for the particular needs of small confectionery and ice-cream laboratories. The Temperina is a practical and versatile machine. Tempering takes place in the removable tank, which allows to replace the product easily and quickly. Once the tempering cycle has ended, the product is removed manually directly from the tank.
